Why A Career in the 5G Wireless Industry?

Programs Available:

Tower Technician

Two week training program to become fully certified and immediately deployable for 5G tower work.  Interviewing with hiring partners typically begins in week two of training.  Since 2018, over 95% placement rate for climbing graduates.  Average first year compensation is $50K-$65K.    

Applicants must meet the following baseline requirements:

      • Valid US Drivers License
      • Pass a background check
      • Pass drug test
      • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
      • Comfortable working at heights
    • Height, weight and fitness requirements – may be job specific

Coax/Fiber/Telecommunications Technician

Two weeks of training to become fully certified for fiber installation, maintenance and support. Interviewing with hiring partners begins once certifications are earned.   Average first year compensation is $45K-$65K.

Applicants must meet the following baseline requirements:

      • Valid US Drivers License
      • Pass a background check
      • Pass drug test
      • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
      • Comfortable working in confined spaces

Drone Pilot Technician

The two-week long course (plus pre-course on-line study) is shaped to help each participant earn their FAA licensed drone operator certificate. Like a driver’s license, this national level certification authorizes you to operate drones for a wide variety of business purposes. The course also provides you insights into how drones are being used to visually inspect and document the status of the 130,000 telecommunication towers in America, the majority of which are being shaped for 5-G modernization.
